6 days into new regime

So I'm going to keep a crappy, daily diary here of my progress with weight over the next 4 months. I feel its the only way to keep myself on the straight and narrow. I start today at 125.5kgs (277lbs)

I had my first breakfast protein shake today and going to see if that helps assuage my cravings for carbs before lunch. Hopefully this effort won't succumb to the same problems as it did last time, where I went back to cookies and bread at the first opportunity. I had a lapse on Sunday evening, but I need to fit a good suit for my best friend's wedding, and I will succeed this time.

I know the key to my inner happiness is weight. My most confident time was just after uni when I lost 2 stone. I can do it again.
